Eşarj runs one of Türkiye's established EV charging networks. For drivers, the network is only as good as the app that finds the station, starts the session and settles the payment — three moments where trust is either built or spent.
We ran the Eşarj app through the PX-RAY: gathering signals from the live journey, diagnosing the root causes behind the visible friction, mapping every finding onto a blueprint of the full flow, and returning a prioritized list the team can act on.
Because we design charging experiences ourselves — for Zes, Electrip and Beefull — the scan reads the domain, not just the interface: connector logic, session states, payment edge cases and the map that carries it all.
The App on the Table
For a charging network, the app is the product: it finds the station, starts the session, settles the payment. The scan captured that journey end to end — sign-in, the station map, filters, session screens and payment.
Charging adds context a generic audit never sees: range pressure, station reliability cues, payment trust. The scan treats them as first-class signals.
