Edvido connects brands with the right digital agencies and software partners across Türkiye and Europe. As the platform scaled from a domestic marketplace to a global one, the existing website and dashboards could no longer support the sophistication of its user base. The goal was to redesign the entire Edvido portal (public website, brand-side dashboard, and agency-side dashboard) as a single, coherent product that earns trust from both sides of the market.
A two-sided marketplace creates a two-sided design problem. Brands need confidence that the agencies listed are credible, vetted, and comparable. Agencies need a platform that presents their work and capabilities persuasively. The existing design served neither side particularly well: the public site lacked the authority of a market leader, the brief submission flow was fragmented, and the dashboards for both user types had grown organically without a unified system.
A full redesign of the Edvido product: a new public-facing website with clear value propositions for brands and agencies, a streamlined brief and quote request flow, a brand dashboard for managing briefs and comparing offers, and an agency portal for presenting work, managing leads, and responding to briefs. One design system. Two user journeys. One marketplace.
Edvido had built something genuinely valuable: a platform where brands could submit a brief, receive competitive proposals from vetted agencies, and make an informed choice. But the design of the product had not kept pace with the ambition of the business.
A website that undersold the platform. The public-facing site needed to communicate trust and authority to two very different audiences simultaneously: brands evaluating whether to submit their first brief, and agencies deciding whether to invest in building a profile. Neither audience was being served with enough clarity or conviction.
A fragmented brief submission flow. For brands, the act of describing a project and requesting proposals is the platform's most critical moment. The existing flow asked too much without enough guidance, leading to incomplete briefs and lower-quality matches. Every abandoned brief represented a missed connection between a brand and an agency.
Two dashboards without a shared design language. The brand dashboard for tracking briefs and comparing agency proposals, and the agency portal for managing their profile and responding to leads, had both evolved piecemeal. Different patterns for similar actions, inconsistent information hierarchy, and no unified visual system made both sides feel like separate products.
A credibility gap heading into European expansion. As Edvido prepared to enter European markets, the product needed to look and feel like a category leader.
Edvido: Redesigning the Agency-Brand Marketplace for Growth at Scale · The ChallengeWe approached the Edvido redesign as a single product with multiple entry points, rather than three separate design projects. A shared design system became the backbone of consistency across the public site, the brand dashboard, and the agency portal.
A website built around the decision moment. The new public site is structured around two parallel conversion paths: one for brands ready to submit a brief, and one for agencies ready to build their profile. Each path has its own clear value proposition, trust signals (agency counts, client logos, success metrics), and CTA hierarchy. Neither audience has to work to find their entry point.
A guided brief submission flow. The brief builder was redesigned as a step-by-step guided experience, breaking a complex multi-field form into clearly staged questions. Smart matching connects brands with 4-5 vetted agencies within 48 hours. Progressive disclosure keeps each step focused and reduces cognitive load. The result is more complete briefs, better matches, and higher engagement from the agency side.
Unified dashboards for brands and agencies. Both dashboards now share a component library and interaction model, while maintaining distinct information architectures appropriate to each user type. The brand dashboard provides clear visibility into active briefs, incoming proposals, and agency comparisons. The agency portal gives clear pipeline visibility, profile management, and structured brief response tools.
A visual system ready for global markets. Clean, professional typography, a restrained colour palette, and modular layout components give the platform the authority it needs to compete in European markets without losing the familiarity of its Türkiye-first positioning.
Edvido: Redesigning the Agency-Brand Marketplace for Growth at Scale · The SolutionSmart Matching in 48 Hours
The new brief submission flow guides brands through three clear steps: tell us what you need, get matched with top agencies, compare and connect. Edvido's matching logic surfaces 4-5 vetted agencies tailored to the brief within 48 hours, with no cold emails or endless lists. For brands unfamiliar with how to evaluate agencies, the structured step-by-step format reduces anxiety and improves the completeness of every brief submitted.
The Agency Profile and Portfolio
For agencies, the platform's primary value proposition is visibility. The redesigned agency profile gives agencies a structured canvas to present their specialisms, past work, team size, certifications, and client categories. A portfolio section allows rich case study uploads with project context. Verified badges, star ratings, and review summaries give brands the confidence to shortlist with clarity.
Agency Pricing and Subscription Tiers
A new agency-facing pricing page ("Get Listed. Get Noticed. Get Clients.") introduces three clear subscription tiers: a free Basic plan for new agencies, an Edvido+ plan at $19/month for growing teams, and an Edvido Pro plan at $29/month for agencies aiming to lead the market. This structure creates a natural growth path and aligns agency investment with platform visibility, turning listing into a product decision rather than an afterthought.
Edvido: Redesigning the Agency-Brand Marketplace for Growth at Scale · Experience HighlightsWe approached Edvido through the Experience Loop, Blurple's structured methodology for connecting design decisions to verified insights.
Focus. We defined the project around three parallel goals that had to advance together: increase brand brief submissions, increase agency profile completeness, and reduce time-to-match between brief and proposal. Any design decision that did not serve at least one of these goals was considered out of scope.
Research. We mapped the end-to-end journey for both user types and identified the drop-off points where friction was highest. For brands, the primary drop-off was in brief submission: too many fields, not enough guidance. For agencies, the primary gap was portfolio visibility. The existing system did not give agencies enough space to differentiate themselves. These findings directly shaped the information architecture of both dashboards.
Architect. We designed the information architecture of the website, brand dashboard, and agency portal simultaneously, ensuring that shared actions (notifications, account management, messaging) felt consistent across contexts while unique actions (brief submission for brands, proposal response for agencies) were designed specifically for their user type.
Make. A shared component library was built first, establishing the visual language for typography, colour, spacing, and interactive states. Components were then composed into page templates for each surface. This approach meant that new features could be added to either dashboard without re-inventing UI patterns.
Evolve. The design system was documented and handed off in a format that supports the engineering team's ongoing development. As Edvido continues to expand into European markets, the system provides a stable foundation for localisation, new user types, and new marketplace features.
