Product design (user experience and product design) service is the most fundamental service offered by blurple. With our unique product management/development perspective, we meticulously plan our clients' digital products from the research-analysis phase, adopt a holistic approach, and create sustainable, timeless, and accessible product experiences for all user segments.

The Blurple product design team is experienced in developing complex digital products, including mobile applications, web applications, SaaS solutions, service designs, in-car screen designs, and all screens that interact with humans. We design the most appropriate user experience by following our own principles. Even after delivering the project, we work closely with our clients to test and iterate based on real user feedback to refine the user experience further.

Human-Centered Design Approach

Design is about how something works and how it interacts with its users before how it looks, especially in the process of digital product design, we operate with a human-centered design approach. In developing a digital product with a human-centered design approach, we start by deeply researching and understanding who the users are.

We work with local people and proceed with the awareness that our real customer is the end user of the product we develop. We design to solve previously unresolved problems.All the digital products we develop aim to solve a problem as quickly and accurately as possible. On the other hand, we are not just a design studio; we are a product experience studio that creates innovation. Therefore, we bring new perspectives, features, and approaches to the product in almost every project.

Our PX [Product experience] Approach

As a product experience studio, when working on a product experience project from scratch, a user experience and interface design project, or a digital product with a lifecycle belonging to our client, we aim not only to be involved and provide guidance in the design process but also to have a say in and influence all points where the product interacts with the user. We believe that experience is holistic; therefore, after completing the interface design and testing of the product following all research and analysis processes, we plan our processes by learning about the software process and lifecycle, infrastructure, etc., of the product after delivery.

While user experience and interface design are crucial parts that guide the entire experience of a digital product, they do not comprise the entirety of the experience. Recognizing this, we define ourselves as a PX (product experience) studio because we evaluate and guide all factors that make up the entire experience, such as testing, software, and user behaviors.

Mobile Application User Experience & Interface Design

We offer user experience and interface design services for mobile applications, starting from research, analysis, and validation processes. The process for all mobile application UX-UI projects begins with comprehensive user and market research, followed by the UX design process, and subsequently, we conduct design surveys and focus group tests at intervals before starting the UI phase. Afterwards, we continue with the UI process. So far, we have provided mobile application UX-UI services to numerous global clients from 8 different industries.

Web Application User Experience & Interface Design

We provide user experience and interface design services for web applications and websites, starting from research, analysis, and validation processes. The process for all web application UX-UI projects begins with comprehensive user and market research, followed by the UX design process. Subsequently, we conduct design surveys and focus group tests at intervals before starting the UI phase. Afterwards, we continue with the UI process. So far, we have provided web application UX-UI services to numerous global clients from 8 different industries.

In web projects, we always plan and execute the tablet and mobile responsive aspects concurrently with the desktop web project.

Interactive Display Experience & Interface Design

We not only design user experiences and interfaces for mobile and web platforms but also for all screens involving human interaction (such as touch ordering screens like those at McDonald's). In interactive screen experience design, we apply the fundamental research and analysis procedures that we use for mobile and web, plus, we prefer to conduct real-time tests on the physical screen type to enhance the product while working in this field.

In-Car Display Experience & Interface Design

In-car screen user experience and interface design is one of the areas where we have expertise in product design. So far, we have provided this service for two global car brands. Since this area impacts millions of users, we prefer to proceed after conducting tests and analyses with different user demographics in various geographical locations. After validating our product at every stage, we proceed to create the final UI output.

UX Cycle Assist Service

After designing a product or service, for us, the project is not considered complete. With our innovative service called UX Cycle Assist, in the three months following the delivery and launch of digital products and services, we pay attention to the following and refine the product experience based on real user behaviors and feedback:

* Real-time tracking of heat maps, click maps, and navigation maps in the actual environment.
* Gathering feedback from users in different scenarios in the real environment [Exit survey, decision survey, etc.].
* Assigning a dedicated UX Designer.
* Monthly Focus Group Tests (with 15 online participants on major screens).
* UI updates based on UX updates.
* Updating the Design Kit.

In this service, depending on the project's needs, a dedicated UX Researcher-Designer is recommended, ranging from 7 to 14 person-days per month. Updates to the project are made based on analyses, and the refined project is delivered to the customer throughout the first three months.
